Kornada Tours Inc., their staff, agents or contractors connected with these tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss or damage to personal effects.

Cancellations will result in a penalty of 20%, except when made less than 24 hours before departure, when a 50% fee shall apply. No refund applies when a passenger fails to complete a trip or fails to join a trip.

Variations to our advertised trip may sometimes be necessary due to adverse road or weather conditions.
